Top 5 Best Nootropics for Maximum Brain Power

Long work hours and stress can affect your ability to work and focus on the things that matter to you. Over time, this may impact your performance and stop you from reaching your peak potential. Fortunately, it’s never too late to give you brain a boost and regain your energy. Nootropics can enhance your mental focus and problem-solving skills, maximizing your mind in every possible way. These supplements enjoy huge popularity among business professionals, researchers, scientists, and even athletes.

Let’s the five best nootropics for maximum brain power:

 Huperzine A

This natural compound is extracted from Huperzia serrata, a herb that grows in Asian countries. It works by preventing Acetylcholine breakdown in the brain, which leads to improved memory and cogitation, greater energy, and enhanced alertness. Huperzine A is absorbed into the bloodstream in just 15 minutes, so its effects are immediate. In the long run, it may lower your risk of schizophrenia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and other neurological disorders.

Oxiracetam is five times more potent than Piracetam, “the father of nootropics.” It stimulates the NDMA and AMPA receptors in the brain, leading to cognitive enhancement, increased creativity, and improved neurological function. Studies have found that oxiracetam may also prevent depression and boost verbal learning in healthy adults.

Noopept has long been considered one of the best nootropics available. This substance improves memory and learning abilities, increases synaptic plasticity, and lifts your mood. When used regularly, it eases anxiety symptoms and enhances logical thinking. It’s ideal for those who want to keep their brain healthy, stay alert, and be more productive at work.

5-HTP is popular among athletes and students. Upon ingestion, this natural compound converts into serotonin, regulating mood and behavior. It not only promotes brain health and mental focus, but also suppresses appetite, improves sleep, and relieves the symptoms associated with leaky gut and IBS. Its benefits on digestion and cognitive function are well-researched.

Commonly referred to as the “love drug,” phenylethylamine is a natural compound that boosts cognition and increases dopamine levels in the brain. This substance can be found in chocolate, but it’s also available in supplement form. It is widely used in the treatment of depression and anxiety-related conditions as well as a mood enhancer, psychoactive compound, and bacterial inhibitor.

Powerful Nootropic Studying Stacks

L-TheanineAre you trying to get your grades up or simply pass a difficult test? You’re starring at the text with a blank expression on your face, only to realise that your memory is not what it used to be and you have no idea what the authors getting at?

If you’re going through a rough patch at school or at work, perhaps you need a mental boost. You might only need a regular meditation practice, or some physical exercise to get the good ol brain up to speed. However, why not try some of the finest nootropics on the market? Nootropics are potent, mostly harmless substances, which can raise your concentration, improve your energy and mental clarity, and simply make mental tasks much easier to perform.

Many students use nootropics to study for heavy exams, and some use them on a daily basis as well. In this article I will share with you 2 powerful stacks that you can use. The first one can be used on a daily basis, while the second one should be used sparingly, only when you need a real boost of mental greatness. Without further ado, let’s check em out, the Daily Stack.

L-Theanine, 200 mg daily

The benefits of L-Theanine are endless. It improves mental clarity, get’s rid of anxiety symptoms, and put’s you in a meditative, zen-like state. It can also be used for getting to sleep faster, and can make getting out of much easier, since it lowers fatigue. L-Theanine is also quite cheap and is available in many drug stores, and supplement stores.

Ashwagandha Powder, 500-900 mg daily

Ashwagandha is a herbal remedy that’s been used in Eastern medicine for centuries. The main benefit of this powder is raising the bodies natural defence against stress. It’s an excellent fighter against stress and anxiety, and it works even better when used in combination with L-Theanine.

Alpha GPC, 300-600 mg daily

What makes Alpha GPC truly effective is the fact that it raises acetylcholine levels in the brain. This neurotransmitter is directly responsible for absorption of new information and it’s retention.  It works really well with the rest of the stack. The only think to take into consideration is not raising your doses to more than 600 mg daily, as it can lead to minor side effects, most notably headaches, until the use is discontinued. It is better to start with 300 mg and build up the dosage according to how well you respond to it.

The Special Stack (for heavy exams, to be used sparringly)

Vinpocetine, 20-30 mg before taking a test

Vinpocetine is a truly potent neurovasodilator. It’s main purpose it to increase bloodflow into the brain, allowing for a greater concentration of energy for the mental faculties. This increased bloodflow enchances the power of other nootropics in the stack as well.

Caffeine, 50-100 mg

You’re probably familiar with the effects of caffeine. It increases energy, makes you more alert and increases motivation. You can intake caffeine by drinking coffee, green tea, or using caffeine tablets. All of these methods work equally well.

Noopept, 10-20 mg

Noopept is the most powerful nootropic on this list. It elevates mood, increases creative thinking and has an immense impact on focus and altertness. The best thing about it is that you can feel the strongest positive effects as soon as you take it. It can also be taken alone, but it works best when stacked with caffeine and vinpocetine

There you have it. If you want to increase your mental performance, nootropics are a sure-fire way to do it. The first stack can be used anytime you want, whereas the special stack should be used only sparringly, a few days at most, which should then be followed by pauses of up to few weeks. Hopefully this article has expanded your knowledge on nootropics, and the ways to elevate your brain power through their proper use.

Modafinil Vendor Review: Duckdose

UPDATE: Duckdose has moved to Duckdose.ORG, the .COM is no longer working. The site is still being run by the same people just on a different domain.

Recently I purchased some modafinil from Duckdose. In case you don’t know what modafinil is, please refer to our writeup on modafinil

Duckdose is widely known in the modafinil nootropics community to be one of the best vendors. Here is my review:

Ordering: 8/10

Duckdose has a clean and neat ordering system. I attempted to pay with my credit card but it was blocked. The website says its because the payment processor is located overseas and as such may trigger my bank’s anti-fraud protection. I eventually paid via bitcoins, because who dosen’t enjoy a free 20% discount right?

Prices: 9.5/10

They sell Modalert, a great generic brand of modafinil at 85 cents a pill. They also feature a 15% returning discount coupon for recurring purchases. Plus if you pay with Bitcoins, theres an extra 20% OFF! This price is simply impressive. I think that any cheaper you would have to buy directly from the manufacturer.

Delivery: 8/10

Duckdose has a web tracker which can be used to get an update on the status of the package. My package arrived in about 9 days, which is very fast considering most of the time was spent clearing US customs. The web tracker is seems to receive updates a little slowly. My package had already physically reached me but it was only reported as Delivered a couple of hours later! I’ve written to them about it and duckdose claims its because India Post (the postal service they used to send from sometimes provide irregular updates)

It seems duckdose does not ship to some countries, according to their shipping page:

We are currently not able to ship directly to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates due to tougher import controls.

If you live in one of those countries, you might want to read more about their shipping policy.

Product: 10/10

I used to have a prescription for Provigil, and I can honestly say I can’t tell the difference between duckdose’s modalert and brand name Provigil. The effects and taste were EXACTLY the same. Super clear-headedness feeling and full mental alacrity for a whole 16 hours.

Service: 10/10

They seem to have an email support system. I had some dosage specific questions and emailed the duckdose team. They very promptly responded and seemed to be exceptionally knowledgeable about the product, modafinil and nootropics in general. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to some of the pharmacies that only seem to be interested in dispensing pills without actual helpful information. I always believe its important to provide quality service, and for this reason they are my preferred vendor.

Closing Thoughts

I’ve always been a fan of biohacking and nootropics, and modafinil is one of those must-haves in your stack. Alot of people have written to me for recommendations on how to get Modafinil since pharmacies here want a RX before selling to you. Also, brand name Provigil costs a bomb and is not really affordable. If you’re looking for a safe and affordable source for modafinil, check out Duckdose now.

Top 5 natural nootropics

There are many potential natural brain-boosting nootropic options out there. They can boost memory, improve mood, reduce stress and reduce fatigue. Stacking them is one way to get benefits from more than one class. Remember herbs and supplements have side effects and can conflict with medications so always inform your doctor of any you are talking and be mindful of side effects. These top five would give you a strong start on nootropics stacking.

Huperzine A

Hurezine A is a plant extract that improves cognitive abilities and is quite fast acting. It acts as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor and prevents the release of a chemical that breaks down acetylcholine. It has a result of increasing acetylcholine (learning neurotransmitter) in the brain with improvements to learning, concentration, focus, and memory. Two studies have shown its benefits. A study on Alzheimer’s concluded “beneficial effects on improvement of cognitive function, daily living activity, and global clinical assessment in participants.” The other was a study on the learning performance of students in which they had significantly enhanced memory and significant improvements in language tests. Some research suggests it is used occasionally or cycled, rather than part of an everyday routine.

Bacopa Monnieri

Bacopa Monnieri is a flowering herb commonly known as water hyssop. There is notable research behind it for memory enhancement and it is known as an antioxidant as well. A 2002 study showed significant results on retention of new information and follow-up testing suggesting this was due to less forgetting of newly acquired information. A study in 2008 found significantly improved performance in the area of working memory.

Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane, also known as Yamabushitake, is impressive due to its benefits for nerve-growth factor (NGF), which is basically primary for the growth and survival of neurons. A study done in 2009 on people within the ages of 50-80 with mild cognitive impairments found significantly increased scores on cognitive function. Primarily, aside from the study showing benefits to cognition, we are looking at benefits to brain health, neuroplasticity, the formation of myelin and nerve regeneration.

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginko Biloba is one of the most popular herbal supplements and one of the best-selling nootropics. It has been used for cognitive enhancement and to prevent cognitive decline. It is, in fact, a good starter nootropic. Now, in research primarily in aging adults, it does have a therapeutic aid in memory formation. Other benefits include flavonoids which reduce inflammation in the brain and terpenoids which increase blood flow. It has positive effects on anxiety, mood and also promotes better concentration.

Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola Rosea is a herb often used in the area of anti-fatigue and adaptogen compound. It is often combined with other nootropics which make it quite popular for beginners. It has been used historically for enhancing stamina and muscle recovery. Effects are notable in regards to fatigue reduction and certainly when it comes to cognition if fatigue is an issue this can definitely have a benefit. A 2003 study demonstrated pronounced anti-fatigue benefits and mental work increased. Primarily we are looking at its benefits to blending with other nootropics well as well as reducing cognitive effects due to fatigue quite effectively.

Other of note you might consider are Vinpocetine (It is synthetic but derived from periwinkle), Ashwagandha and L-Theanine (if you use caffeine).

Real life NZT-48

Modafinil is a synthetic drug and cannot be extracted from the natural sources like plants. The use of modafinil as cognitive enhancer can be traced back to many years when it was secretly used by startup workers and entrepreneurs. After the emergence of the movie “limitless”, modafinil became a very popular drug.

Everyone wants to have an enhanced cognitive memory to think more clearly and perform better. The movie “Limitless” reveals this human desire as it was centered around the pill NZT-48 as a powerful brain booster. After watching the movie, people wondered if such substance really exists especially as a secret amongst billionaires and powerful military men.

The movie “limitless” was based on a story about a writer Ed Morra (Bradley Cooper) whose life got affected as he struggles to pen his ideas down on paper. NZT-48 was a drug that enhanced his thinking ability and eliminated natural barriers. This drug was introduced to him by his old friend and it transformed him into an excellent writer being able to complete great books in few days making him a successful billionaire investor.

A lot of people started pondering if NZT-48 drug was actually real. Although the author of the book which limitless was adapted from said he knew of many cognitive-enhancing drugs but he didn’t base NZT-48 to any of them. Most media outlets started broadcasting articles about Modafinil as the closest enhancer to NZT-48 as the effects were confirmed by entrepreneurs. But, now we are close enough to call Modafinil as a real life NZT-48 since users confirmed that the effects were very similar to what was experienced in the movie by the author. Modafinil can be called a real life NZT-48 as it has shown wonderful cognitive enhancing effects among workers and students. It has shown substantial benefits to enhance memory and increase alertness.

The new version of modafinil that was recently produced is far less expensive. Although, it’s still more expensive than other drugs like Viagra and Cialis. The pill is almost five times the price of Viagra and Cialis pills as its price ranges from $10 to $20 per pill. This means average people can’t afford the price of the drug hence they go for adrafinil. Adrafinil is the metabolite of modafinil and it was developed before modafinil. The two drugs are similar but adrafinil is a prodrug that takes about an hour before it commences work. The price of Adrafinil is 10 times less than modafinil. But, the two drugs are bought for the same purpose to boost the brain power

Although, the movie exaggerated the effect of the drug as it cannot really make you emerge as a billionaire in few days. Modafinil simply improves attention, learning, focus and memory. But, it does not have the ability to change a lazy person to an excellent and successful billionaire.

Modafinil is a drug that enhances mental alertness, improves memory and enhances cognitive abilities. It has been tested with astronauts and soldiers as it was used to enhance their focus and power thereby preventing them from fatigue especially during long missions. It is widely used by students and entrepreneur as a nootropic agent. It is known as the most potent nootropic for enhancing mental alertness making it very popular among many users.

Modafinil has a fascinating history as it was first discovered in France in the late 1980’s. It was first sold as a drug for sleep disorder by Cephalon, a pharmaceutical company and marketed under the brand name of Provigil. The idea of Modafinil being used off-label is the secret of its success in USA.

By the time the movie “Limitless” was in production, Modafinil pill was a secret amongst powerful men and the rich. It became popular among people because it can really boost concentration and increase productivity to a great extent. It is a powerful smart drug that can increase alertness, cognition and memory.

How does Modafinil works?

The working principle of modafinil has not been fully uncovered but the mechanism of action has been explained by researchers.

The idea behind mechanism of action of modafinil is that it keeps the brain awake and sharp by working as dopamine reuptake inhibitor in certain areas of the brain thereby enhancing extracellular dopamine levels. In other words, modafinil hinders the movement of dopamine hence making it accumulate in the brain.

Several neurotransmitter systems present in the brain can also be influenced by the actions of Modafinil since it stimulates the “upper-like” neurotransmitters and their receptors such as catecholamines, orexin etc. It reduces the effects of “downer-like” neurotransmitters and their receptors such as glycine, GABA and galanin. This helps to boost the effects of stimulatory brain transmitters and suppresses the activity of the inhibitory neurotransmitters leading to a perfect concentration without any need for breaks or sleep.

The increase in the plasticity of the brain which can be associated with improvements in memory and learning is another function of modafinil since it stimulates histamines release in the brain. Most nootropics are known to be neuroprotective and so is modafinil . It enhances the brain pool of inositol, aspartate and glutamine.

Another function of modafinil is the production of ATP and the increment in the usage of the brain energy in order to ensure proper functioning of the brain.

The working principle of modafinil is very complex but it stimulates the excitatory neurotransmitters, increases the production of glucose in the brain, reduces the number of sedative cells and enhances extracellular dopamine levels.

Research and Benefits of Modafinil

Since modafinil is a prescribed drug, it has some side effects such as addiction potential since it acts on dopaminergic neurons making you able to carry out complex tasks. Hence if you get addicted to stuff easily, you should try to avoid modafinil. It is obvious that modafinil delivers great benefits to the brain since it is obviously the best nootropics in existence with minimal side effects. It is commonly referred as ‘smart drug’ because it has numerous benefits but nearly no side effects.

Research has proved its ability to keep the body alert and awake so FDA has approved the drug for the treatment of narcolepsy. It forces your brain neurotransmitters into the awakened state thereby flipping your brain to the activated state. The process of stimulating and awakening neurotransmitters and lowering the effects of sedative ones will simply keep you awake.

A research was carried out where people were told to try sleeping after the intake of modafinil but they couldn’t. This is a very good approach especially when you want to finish up some cognitive work within a very short time. The effect of this drug lasts for about 10 – 16 hours. You need to make sure that you are taking the drug in limited amount otherwise you will get addicted.

Here are some of the benefits of the drug.

Cognitive effects

Although the drug has a medicinal value as it is used to treat sleep disorder but a recent survey shows that most people buy the drug for cognitive benefits. Research shows that modafinil may improve some aspects of working memory, such as digital manipulation, pattern recognition and digital span. Once again, these improvements can be linked to the drug’s ability to reduce the impact of distractions caused by drowsiness.

The drug enhances learning and memory function, efficient task planning and work enjoyment. It also improves sharpness, alertness and concentration since the goal of nootropics is to improve clarity and give you a mental edge with the help of formulas the boosts mental capacity.

The primary advantage of modafinil is to enhance wakefulness thereby keeping people awake when they should be sleeping. People that suffers from serious ailments that prevent them from having adequate energy to enjoy their lives also use the drug. Fatigue can be a major problem for the patients of multiple sclerosis and other similar diseases. These patients can use this nootropic to alleviate fatigue.

Psychiatric disorders

Modafinil can be used to treat neurodegenerative and mental problems since it has been confirmed that the drug enhances alertness and concentration. Modafinil can be of great benefit to people suffering from depression, Parkinson’s disease, drug dependence and alcohol. Modafinil treats lack of concentration, fatigue and low energy level in above mentioned ailments. Modafinil serves as the solution to these diseases since it has a positive effect on the mental outlook and mood of an individual.

Weight loss

An important benefit of modafinil is weight and appetite loss although researchers have not been able to explain this phenomenon. A recent survey shows that a group of people that took the drug experienced a reduction in their caloric intake. One can conclude that the people that take the drug burn additional calories after addition of energy provided by modafinil.

You need to meet your doctor to obtain the prescription for the drug before obtaining it since it’s unregulated in the United States. The process for this is very easy as you only need to locate a trusted pharmacy, place your order and wait till the drug is delivered. This is one of the reason the sale of modafinil is expensive.  As Modafinil provide numerous benefits to enhance mental health, it can be considered as a real life NZT-48.

How to Select the Right Nootropic

Are you in the market for a new nootropic? Such brain-boosters are effective in providing several cognitive features for various applications such as sports and weightlifting. However, with so many nootropics on the market, it can be tough to select the best one for your needs. Here are some helpful tips:

Take ads with a grain of salt

This isn’t to say that all nootropic ads include false claims. However, if any of them seem too good to be true, then they probably are.

Something to keep in mind is that top-notch nootropics take a while to enter a person’s system. People who take the products wouldn’t instantly notice the effects on their minds regarding brain-enhancement.

Another issue is that several other smart drugs/brain supplements don’t have effects that build up since the active ingredients don’t stay in the body a long time. As a result, there aren’t any long-term effects.

Read labels and ingredients

This is one of the best steps to take to get on the same page about which ingredients are included and excluded from the product.  Not only should you review the substances that are included in the nootropic, but also the amounts that are included.

There are two main types of ingredients included in nootropics. Those include natural ingredients and synthetic ones. Both types of ingredients can be effective in boosting brainpower.

Besides reading the ingredient in the product you should also consider doing some research to learn about the features, pros, and cons of them. That will help in the overall decision about whether or not you should purchase the product.

There’s always going to be some debate about whether or not a particular nootropic on the market is a good choice. However, by reviewing the ingredients, you’ll know the essential substances contained in the product. That will help you to determine how effective it likely is for brain enhancement.

Start slow and basic

If you’re just starting out with nootropics, it’s advisable to start out slow. If you’re looking for the safest smart drugs you should start with natural ones since they have the fewest side-effects.

After getting start with nootropics, you could move up to ones that include a blend of multiple substances. That might include a natural one with a synthetic one. The synthesis of the substances can provide a wide array of benefits including those related to memory, learning, etc.

Such smart drugs will help to keep your brain working like a machine and stay energized during the day. Not only that but if you select certain nootropics you’ll be able to enjoy several benefits without any unwanted side-effects and especially risk to safety.

Do your homework

There’s a wide array of different ingredients added to nootropics. They include:

Ginkgo Biloba

Vitamin B-complex

Gotu Kola

It’s also important to live a healthy lifestyle while using the nootropics. When combining the one-two punch, you’ll be able to enjoy the best benefits and experience a super brain boost.

Some Top Nootropics on the Market

Are you looking for new Nootropics? These are brain enhancers that can provide several benefits regarding your mental health. There are several dietary supplements you can choose from, and these are some of the top ones:

1. Creatine

This is an old-school option that’s been around for quite a while. It’s an especially good option for athletic performance. Not only that, but the substance has been the subject of various studies that involved gym rats.

The studies resulted in showing that the substance provided several benefits. Some examples included performance involving intelligence, memory, and processing. The results of the tests showed how the substance could be used in products designed as nootropics for humans.

2. Passionflower

This is produced from parts of the plants that are above the ground. People take passionflower due to its calming effect. They’ve been proven in various scientific studies although they haven’t been confirmed in big scale studies.

There are some people who use passionflower to treat insomnia. It can also help to be used to deal with withdrawal symptoms when people are trying to get off drugs such as opiates.

In patients who are having surgery and those who are going to be treated by dentists, passionflower has been effective in reducing apprehension.

3. L-theanine

This is found in various foods including mushrooms and green tea. It’s also sold in stores as a dietary supplement in the United States. The US Food and Drug Administration has given it the status of GRAS.

Various scientific studies show that theanine can affect levels of various neurotransmitters, to prevent brain dysfunction and prospect people from strokes. It’s believed that L-theanine can even boost sleep quality in students that have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

How about the substance as a possible nootropic? Many small studies have discovered that a combination of the substance with caffeine can boost brain performance. That’s especially true regarding alertness and focus. However, it seems that results might just be short-term.

4. DHA

This is an omega-3 fatty acid contained in seaweed and fish. It can provide several benefits such as better memory. It also protects people against various psychiatric disorders.

Different surveys of people who suffer from serious depression reported that they have lower levels of omega-3 fatty acids. In fact, one big study found that depressive symptoms were much higheramong people who rarely ate fish.

On the other hand, there’s never been a study that proved using supplements containing omega-3 fatty acids were useful in reducing large, moderate, or mild depression.

On the other hand, some data seems to suggest it’s a safe method for the prevention and might lower the risk of certain psychiatric disorders progressing.

One study discovered that DHA supplements greatly improves infants’ cognitive development. However, it doesn’t seem to boost brain functionality in kids, adults, or seniors. Another review showed that it could project against cognitive dementia and the risk of Alzheimer’s in the seniors.

These are some of the top nootropics on the market today.

What Is Nootropics?

Are you looking for a way to enhance your athletics or weightlifting? If so then you should consider nootropics. It’s important to be familiar with it to determine whether or not it’s the right option for you.

Nootropics are compounds that are sometimes referred to as “smart drugs.” They’re compounds that can help to boost brain function. They can improve your daily activities including exercising, sports, and others.

This has become a very popular method of providing you extra brainpower. In fact, it continues to increase in popularity. A report by the Telegraph showed that up to one-quarter of students at the top UK universities had taken the smart drug modafinil. Also, California startup workers are trying various drugs to boost their brains and compete better against rival companies.

Nootropics have been around for a quite a while. They can reportedly boost cognitive performance. Many people might wonder if the mix of pharmaceutical chemicals and natural substance can give their brains a jump-start.

Fans of the products claim that they can indeed boost people’s cognition. However, one warning that many of them are giving is that there are products advertised as “nootropics” but theytechnically aren’t. In fact, they’re totally different products based on the ingredients. One key issue is how the term should be defined.

On the one hand, a wide range of brain-enhancing products could arguably be referred to as “nootropics.” What’s important to note is that there are several ways that people can enhance their brains. Thus, it’s important to consider each product individually before deciding whether or not it should indeed qualify as a nootropic.

There’s the issue of whether or not nootropics should be referred to as “smart drugs.” That’s because they’re used to boost intelligence, energy, and motivation. However, a big difference is that smart drugs can cause negative side effects after long-term usage.

Nootropics must be safe and provide a low risk of side-effects when they’re used appropriately. Several nootropics have similar mechanics by improving communication among neurons. This helps to balance the levels of neurotransmitters or by boosting the health of brain cells. They can help to boost energy metabolism in neurons or boost the growth of neurons and connections.

A nootropic is any neuro-improving drug/natural supplement that has a low rate of side-effects. The definition of what defines a nootropic isn’t very precise.

The original idea was from some Belgian pharmacologists. They invented the first nootropic in 1963, which was a compound. They classified nootropics as brain-boosting substances with very low toxins, that can be taken in the long-term.

This highlights the issue that nootropics can improve brain function without causing any side-effects linked to brain stimulants.

Piracetam is one of the best-known nootropics and is part of the Racetam family. These artificial compounds were developed in a lab. However, there are also several supplements that are effective herbal/natural nootropics.

That’s in comparison with grape seed extract, fish, oil, and other natural nootropics.
