Relates to: Rose Management Group User comment by guest Columbine & VirginiaMy daughter goes to Desert Rose Academy. I am wondering why the kids in this school are not aloud to talk about Columbine or the shooting in Virginia? Maybe this is why things like THIS happen because the old adeg "children are to be seen and not heard" doesnt fly in this day and age. What can we do about this? And the Principal in this school says its a RULE not to speak of it.I do not see this in the handbook? There should be an assembly for all the Kids to speak on this, Im sure it would help them understand better. Communication is a very big part of life no matter how old you are, you should NEVER be made to keep silent! These are the kids that are OUR LEADERS of tomorrow! Something needs to be done! I have left to messages at Admin and so far no responce? ?????" |
